Please note the following points for your return:

  • For purchases that are not made via our webshop, the return procedure, the cancellation policy and return policy of the relevant marketplace apply
  • Always use the return label provided by us, otherwise we cannot cover any costs

Procedure

Return label in the parcel?

Register return

  • Click on the link in the order confirmation email so that you can access your customer account
  • You can register your return via the "Register return" button in the corresponding order
  • Carry out all steps

Pack goods

  • The goods must not show any signs of use
  • The goods must be packed in the original packaging with all labels
  • Pack the goods securely, preferably in the original box

Attach return label

  • Stick the enclosed return label on the box so that it is clearly visible
  • Tape over, remove or cross out old shipping labels

Register returns via customer account?

  • Click on the link in the order confirmation email so that you can access your customer account
  • You can register your return via the "Register return" button in the corresponding order
  • Carry out all steps
  • You will receive a return label from us by e-mail

Register returns as a guest orderer?

Register return

  • Send us an email at shop@mesle.com with your cancellation. The email must include your order ID and name. List the items you wish to return and the reason for each.
  • After successful processing, you will receive a confirmation and the return label by e-mail.

Exchange

  • Please check our online shop to see if the item is still available in the matching size or colour and simply order it again
  • Simply return your first order. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days after receiving your return
  • Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible
