Product availability

If any of our products should be out of stock, you can send us a request for the product availability via e-mail to info@mesle.de. As soon as the product will be back in stock, we will inform you via e-mail.

Placement of order

Once you have chosen one of our products, you can add it to your virtual shopping bag by clicking on "Add to shopping cart". You can easily retrieve and modify the content of your shopping bag by clicking on the respective symbol in the top right-hand corner of the page. To order the selected products, click on "Checkout" and follow our step-by-step order process.
You will be asked whether you wish to place your order with or without a customer account. We recommend that you order with a customer account, as you will be granted various extras and benefits, for example managing your order and contact details quickly and conveniently.
On the next step, you will be asked to provide your invoice adress. After confirming, you have the opportunity to verify a different delivery adress and to have a parcel delivered to an address of your choice. Then you will be asked to select the delivery and payment method.
The last step provides you with an overview of your order and allows you to check and amend any of the information that you have provided.

Cancelling orders

To ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, we immediately send it to our logistics service for processing. However, you do have the option to inform us about the cancellation immediatly after ordering. If the goods have been already dispatched you can refuse to accept delivery of the parcel or returning the goods.

Order status

Shortely after the order has been completed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via e-mail. Once your order has been accepted and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the DPD tracking number, which allows you to track the status of your delivery online.
Registered customers can additonally retrieve the order staus in their customer account.
