Cancellation & Returns
Cancellation deadline
Take your time and try the articles out comfortably at home. Should you not like a particular item or if it doesen't fit, you have the right to revoke this contract without reason for a period of 30 days. The cooling-off period is 30 days from the day on which you (or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier) took possession of the goods.
All about returning
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Mesle Sportartikel GmbH, Schlustr. 8-10, 78589 Dürbheim, Germany, shop@mesle.de, +49 7424 3020) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement.
The easiest way to cancel your contract is to register the return in your customer account or send us an e-mail to: shop@mesle.de, but this is not obligatory.

- Click the "Return item" button
- Select the article and the quantity you want to return
- Click the "return" button"
- Please use your reason for the retrun to improve our service and confirm the return
- You will shortly receive the returns documents by e-mail

Shipping costs for returns
We will bear the expenses for the return within Germany, when the sale price of the returning goods exceeds 39,99 EUR. When returning clothing and footwear, we will bear the costs of delivery and return, regardless of the selling price of the product.
If the return takes place outside Germany, the customer will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Exchanges
A direct exchange is possible. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it and inform us about your chosen item by mail. Price differences will be refunded or requested.
Faulty goods
Mesle stands for high quality. However, if one of our products is faulty, you do have statutory liabilities and rights. To find out more about our product warranty, please visit our Terms and Conditions.
If you recieved a faulty product please send us an e-mail to info@mesle.de and describe your concerns, also by using images. We will shortly get in contact with you.
Refunds
Following effective cancellation, we are refunding all payments that we have received from you. This includes the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs if you selected a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery method that we offered).
Refunds shall be without undue delay and within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of your revocation of this contract.
We can refuse to make the refund until we have received the goods again or until you have proven that you sent back the goods, depending on which is earlier.
The purchase price will be refunded only for unused goods (other than the usual trying on). You are responsible for any loss of value of the goods if the loss of value is found, during a check of the properties, qualities and/or mode of operation of the goods, to be caused by you.
We will refund you via the same payment method as the original transaction. You will not incur any extra charges as a result of this refund.
